After you pay, we place a hold on the same card for the security amount. Nothing is taken — the money is just reserved.
Bring everything back clean and complete and the hold is released. If the gear isn't returned, the hold is charged.
Card holds last about a week, so for bookings further out we may ask to re-confirm the hold or take a deposit at pickup. Photo ID required at collection.
